Delivery.
Delivery normally 7-10 days after receipt of payment.
Natural stone is heavy and bulky. A normal kitchen floor would require delivery by pallet. It is therefore very important that the delivery can be made to an area where a truck can clearly negotiate driveways, lanes, restricted access roads etc. If a clear area is not available then the delivery will be made at the nearest convenient point or on the roadside.
The delivery driver is not contracted to unload the tiles individually. It is important to make the necessary arrangements. Any extra costs incurred by a non-normal delivery will be your responsibility. It is important that your delivery requirements are precise and comprehensive.
Normal costs for delivery will be explained to you at the time of ordering your goods.
Natural Stone, until it is fixed is fragile, therefore allow at least 3% for breakages, A tile fixer will normally use these for cuts.
Please order your quantity carefully as no returns will be accepted.
